Dum bryani at Masala Hut

There was a day in which I had a farewell lunch for a longtime
colleague at little India. I like how Indian food is part and parcel
of Singapore life.

I suppose this isn't a very polished review but here goes: the chicken
was tender, the curry delicious and the papadam super crunchy. And the
deep fried cauliflower FELT healthy (I mean, cauliflower!) even though
it really wasn't...
